Due to the current situation in the Middle East and resulting airport closures, travel across the region is significantly disrupted.
If you are travelling to, from, or via the Middle East and your trip is affected, our team is proactively reviewing all bookings and will contact impacted customers directly.

KILROY's emergency number is intended for customers requiring urgent assistance during their travels and is accessible outside of regular business hours.
KILROY wishes to stress that this number should only be used for genuine emergencies. For example, please refrain from asking questions that can wait until our normal business hours, as doing so may prevent others from receiving immediate assistance.
If an urgent issue arises during your journey, please first contact the local operator directly (their contact details are listed on your vouchers). Many issues are best resolved with the provider at your destination. However, if you are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you should then contact KILROY. Outside of our regular hours, you can reach us via the emergency phone number.
