New York City, New York

Start this road trip off the right way with sightseeing, shopping, statue of liberty, Brooklyn, Harlem, Wall Street, street musicians at Times Square and doughnut eating cops in Central Park. New York has so much to offer, so make sure to have enough time in the city (we don't think that 2-3 days are enough). When you're done exploring NYC, pick up your car and head out on an epic road trip! (In New York you're allowed rent a car from the time you're 18).

*You're picking up your rental car and dropping it off again in NYC.

Niagara Falls, New York

The world-famous Niagara Falls is situated on the border between USA and Canada and it's truly a unique experience. You can look at the Falls (for free) from a distance or throw on a poncho and head on out to the «Maid of the Mist» to experience the waterfalls up close.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh is known as one of the absolute best sports towns in the US. So, if you're interested in sports, this is where you should catch a game. Check out some American football or a game of baseball. Before traveling on, you should also hop on the almost vertical Duquesne Incline-railway.

Shenandoah National Park, Virginia

This road trip takes you along the naturally beautiful Shenandoah National Park, so just be ready with your camera! This route is particularly popular in the fall because the surroundings here are just breathtaking during fall. Take a detour and spend a couple of nights in the wild!

Blue Ridge Parkway, Virginia & North Carolina

From one naturally beautiful route to another. The Blue Ridge Parkway is jammed packed with impressive vantage points and tons of opportunities for outdoor activities, whether you want to play cowboy and ride around or maybe head out for a relaxing fishing trip - this route offers all kinds of activities.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee & North Carolina

This place is for all the nature lovers out there! The beautiful landscape is complimented by exciting wildlife like deer, Racoons, wild turkeys and wapitier (North American crown deer). Also, watch out for black bears (!) and check out the old buildings in Cades Cove.

Outer Banks

Welcome to OBX! Some of you might recognize the name from the Netflix show, Outer Banks. The Outer Banks of North Carolina has over 100 miles of shoreline, cute seaside villages, tons of personality and a lot of connections to the U.S. history. Visit Roanoke Island and learn more about the mysterious disappearance of the first English settlers…

Williamsburg, Virginia

Williamsburg is known as the hub for colonial preservation. Williamsburg was founded as the capital of the Virginia Colony in 1699 (the new world) and was one of America's first planned cities. If you're a bit of a history buff, a stop in this weird and wonderful town is a must-do!

Washington D.C.

Washington D.C. is so much more than just historic buildings and monuments. The nation’s capital houses some of the best museums and a lot of them offer a free entrance! If you're visiting during the winter season, make sure to catch a hockey game with the Washington Capitals.
