Campervans in Japan

Experience the beauty of Japan in a unique and adventurous way by travelling in a campervan. With the freedom to explore the country at your own pace, you can discover hidden gems and breathtaking landscapes that are off the beaten path. Our Kuga campervan is the perfect vehicle for your journey, offering both transportation and comfortable sleeping accommodation. Compact on the outside (perfect for those huge cities like Tokyo and Kyoto) but roomy on the inside, the Kuga is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your trip unforgettable.

Though most people travel Japan by train, you will get the most freedom by travelling in your own campervan. No stress to make the next train or find a hostel. With over 1,000 roadside stations scattered throughout the country, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to park your campervan and explore the local area. From fresh markets and small grocery stores to restaurants and gas stations, these stations offer a range of facilities to make your journey more comfortable. Some even have natural hot spring baths!

Important information

The high season for campervan rental in Japan runs from March to October. The earlier you book, the better your price will be. When availability goes down, the campervans become more expensive, so don't waste any time with getting your booking in!
