Volunteering in Costa Rica

Wildlife volunteering is about helping animals so they can manage in nature. By participating in one of our volunteer projects in Costa Rica you will help save the endangered sea turtles and other unique wildlife like the jaguar.

Language requirements for volunteering in Costa Rica

It is possible to volunteer in Costa Rica without any Spanish language skills. However, we recommend that you take a 1-2 week Spanish course before you start working on a volunteer project. In this way you will get more challenging tasks and the NGO that we work with will get more out of your help.
