Volunteering is a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery. Engaging in volunteering is an opportunity to learn, grow, enjoy, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
And in Nicaragua you can help serve Granada’s youth, their families and the surrounding communities while learning Spanish and adding to your skillset.
Language requirements for volunteering in Nicaragua
It is possible to volunteer in Nicaragua without any Spanish language skills. However, we recommend that you take a 1-2 week Spanish course before you start working on a volunteer project. In this way you will get more challenging tasks and the NGO that we work with will get more out of your help.
